“Memories of the Cordilleras.” The exhibit consists of handwoven textiles such as loincloths, blankets, wrap around skirts/upper garments & other personal accessories, knives, baskets, wooden artifacts – rice gods (bulul),hand-carved walking sticks, ceremonial vessels, food bowls, spoons & other kitchen utensils & utilitarian items, pillows, etc. from the personal collection of Linda Nietes & Robert Little, Jr. Soft Opening – Thursday, Feb 6th as part of the First Thursdays Art Walk in San Pedro. The people of the Cordilleras are great artisans, with strong beliefs on their ancestral past. Exhibit ends on March 2, 2020.
