Follow the core requirements for ePassport renewal or new/first ePassport application plus the following:
1. Dual citizenship documents plus one photocopy per document:
a. Order of Approval;
b. Oath of Allegiance; OR
c. Identification Certificate or Certificate of Retention/Reacquisition of Philippine Citizenship
2. Valid government-issued identification card

From May 15, 2019, the Consulate cannot authenticate the signatures on the following public documents:(1) notarized documents and (2) documents signed/issued/certified by a Federal, State, County, City, University or School Official.
The change is due to the Philippines officially becoming a party to the Apostille Convention.
