Accreditation of a Notary Public

For Notaries Public within this consulate’s jurisdiction if you may wish to be accredited by the Consulate kindly

  1. Read and comply with the requirements here;
  2. Fill up the application form for accreditation and include the application fee in US Postal Money Order payable to the Philippine Consulate General Los Angeles and your self-addressed stamped envelope with postage prepaid.

Send your accreditation requirements by mail to the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles, Suite 550 3435 Wilshire Boulevard Los Angeles CA 90010.

Note that mere submission and compliance with the requirements is not an assurance or guarantee of your accreditation. Accreditation is only a privilege accorded by the Consulate to notaries public.

The change is due to the Philippines officially becoming a party to the Apostille Convention.
